Apartment reservation procedure:

• Attention: You may reserve the apartment for the term of 4 days or more. If you want to reserve the apartment for 1-3 days, you may request the apartment right before the check-in, in case the apartment is available;
• If you reserve the apartment over the phone, the reservation is not considered to be guaranteed until your arrival. If the apartment is leased before your arrival, we may offer you alternative variants;
• To confirm the reservation you need to pay for the first day of your stay in advance. This payment is considered to be an advance payment, and will be deducted from the overall sum for the rent;
• When you check-in you need to let the host know about the dates of your checking-out;
• If you want to extend the time of rent, you need to inform us at least 2 days prior, otherwise we cannot guarantee you the extension;
• If you choose to change or cancel the reservation, the initial deposit is not refunded.
• On the check-in day you need to make the payment for the whole term of your stay. The initial deposit is deducted from this sum.  
• Dates of reservations cannot be changed;
• The reservation is considered to be valid only after you have paid the initial deposit;
• The apartment lease starts at 1 p.m.;
• The check-out deadline is 12 p.m. of the last paid day;
• If you did not make an initial deposit, the apartment is not considered to be reserved. If the deposit is not paid you may check-in on the day of your arrival, if the apartment is still vacant;
• The apartment remains booked up until 8 p.m. of the first paid day, unless otherwise is discussed with the landlord. If you cancel the reservation, the initial deposit cannot be refunded;
• If you leave earlier the booked time, the deposit for the apartment rent is not refunded;
• We can guarantee 100% of reservation excluding the force-major circumstances;
• After the check-out you will be given a receipt for the apartment rent that can be used as a proof for the accounting services;
• If you violate the rules of the conduct in the apartment, the rent can be canceled without the return of the deposit;
• Attention: we do not lease apartments for holidays, parties, birthdays, corporate celebrations. All apartments are leased only for living. Apartments are not a place for parties or holidays, but for comfortable, home-like living. And you are most welcome to take the full advantage of it.
